Depart Cinque Terre after breakfast this morning and journey to Milan.
Milan is one of the most important and stylish cities in Italy and is full of history. There are countless impressive buildings in Milan that have tremendous character, in many different styles ranging from old Neo-classical Milanese palaces (palazzos) to ultra-modern towers and office blocks.
The commercial metropolis ofMilan is home to many important business centres, financial institutions and Italy’s stock market. Milan is also known throughout the world for its leading high fashion and design excellence. Shopping opportunities are at their very best in the Golden Quad area, where streets are filled with leading fashion houses. The Via Marconi is the location ofMilan’s main tourist information centre, while further tourism offices are based at the Stazione Centrale train station, as well as at both the nearby Linate and Malpensa airports.

June 12 - Milan Sightseeing B
After beginning the tour with a visit to the Scala museum and theatre we proceed with a stroll through the sumptuous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele (the world’s oldest arcade) reaching Piazza Fontana. We continue the tour on foot to view the Palazzo Reale and to visit the breathtaking Duomo and the courtyard of Milan’s magnificent Sforzesco Castle. The tour proceeds with a panoramic drive by coach past many of Milan’s most important sights including the Arco Della Pace, the churches of Santa Mariadelle Grazie (home to Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper) and San Lorenzo, Corso Venezia and Piazza San Babila. Our final stop is to see Leonardo da Vinci’s great masterpiece – The Last Supper. The local guide will bring all of these great monuments to life.
June 13 - Milan at Leisure B/D
Today is your day to spend in Milan on your own. This evening you’ll meet the group for your farewell dinner at the hotel.
June 14 - Depart Milan for home B
